I treat everyone with respect, courtesy and dignity. Aches and pains do not discriminate on the grounds of age, sexual preference, race, religion or political views, and neither do I!
No treatment plans! I aim to deal with your problems in as few visits as possible. That is my treatment plan. If it takes just one visit, so much the better!
A peaceful welcome to the clinic, which must be the best disguised on the planet. Can you see the entrance? Can you even see our home?!
Together with the welcoming vista, I have the best receptionist, our samoyed, Mishka, who is absolutely one of the best pet therapists....
Creature comforts! I have great temperature control, with three heaters to maintain 27 degrees in winter, and three oscillating misting fans to give you a gentle sea breeze in summer. I use custom made drapes instead of towels. Who wants to come in after a day in the sun in Hiviz and boots and be covered in towels? (No one!). To complete the Bali Beach experience, I play very soothing music which contains the sounds of waves gently lapping at the shore, and my Moroccan lamps.
'Do No Harm' is my motto. However, there is a possibility that a client does not give me the full picture of their problems. I have the highest possible public liability insurance. Because you are worth it. Don't intend ever having to use it, but it is important to me to have the best possible cover, up to $60 million!
There are many clients who only visit every few years. That is why I rely on a steady stream of new clients, which The Universe seems happy to direct to me, sometimes with a little nudge from Google.
I do my very best to provide relief from aches, pain, headaches, stress and restricted movement in as few visits as possible.
No cancellation fees! Don't believe in them. Life can get in the way, such as a casual worker being asked to do an extra shift. Casualization of the work force over the past 20 years leads to insecurity and often underemployment and less than a living wage. I appreciate the courtesy of a call or text if you can't make it. I'm not a fan of No Shows, however! They just waste my time.
Convenience. If you wake up with sciatica or a stiff or painful neck, there is over 95% chance of an appointment the same day! I open evenings for your convenience after work and am available Saturdays. Council regulations prevent me from opening my clinic on Sundays. Outcalls are available on Sundays.
I am a facilitator. I don't claim to 'FIX' anyone, I just give your body and mind some pointers in the right direction to heal itself. A lot of study and experience. No magic involved. I do not describe myself as a healer. My take is that you heal yourself with a little nudge in the right direction!

I offer convenient opening hours (albeit Council has forced my clinic to close Sundays.)
I don't attempt to rebook, I say 'listen to your body, that's what got you here in the first place!
If you ask 'When should I come back?' you transfer so much power to the practitioner to further their own financial interests by giving you a treatment plan, overservicing etc, a licence to use you as an ATM, if you will. I experienced this with some practitioners when I was in pain for years before discovering Remedial Massage.
I try and keep my prices affordable so they are accessible by a wide range of the community

My gift vouchers have no expiry date. Never have had and never will. Legally vendors can put a 3 year expiry date, but if you have paid for a gift, the recipient should be able to use them at their leisure!
